To actually turn our vision into reality, money is necessary. Without buyers of the building parts, we would not have the resources to realize our plans for Strijp-S. These buyers, however, will want to make money as well. With our plans, they can. Every part of the project allows the buyer to generate a positive cashflow within 25 years.
