Masterplan

Emphasis is placed on the integration and functionality of each green space, thus increasing the activities that can be done in these public spaces, as well as resulting in a lively plinth. The passage between the CU building and Microlab acts as a core for the cohesion between these two buildings. 

The mobility plan focuses on the usage of bikes rather than cars. This is done through the reduction of car parking spaces, compensated by the addition of both indoor and outdoor bike parking spaces.

The pedestrian network is also exemplified with the green walkways and the new passage that contains a lively plinth.
